Finding your pelvic floor for women
This video series (7 videos) gives short instruction (4 to 8 minutes each) on how to exercise the pelvic floor for women. This program is not suited for men and your PT may have some different techniques better suited to you. Also remember there are several devices in the clinic which will show you how you are doing with the exercises so do not be concerned if you are confused after watching these videos.
